Thomas has been a big help. I was referred to him by my Dr. for high cholesterol. The first time I met with him he went over my labs. He gave me great ideas on better food choices that I needed to incorporate into my diet to lower my cholesterol. Checking in on me to see how I was doing! Now, 3 months later I have lowered my cholesterol just over 40 pts. He has given me the motivation to continue making good food choices towards better health habits!

You can find our office on Ramar Road near Harbor Freight and Chase Bank - conveniently located in the The Alexandria Professional Plaza.

Going North on 95: We are about a 15 minute drive from the Fort Mohave area. Take Hwy 95 North and turn left onto Ramar Rd. Our office will be on the righthand side.

Going South on 95: We are about a 10 minute drive from the Laughlin area. Take Hwy 95 South and turn right onto Ramar Rd. Our office will be on the righthand side.
